As a former architect I appreciated the interior design and the presence of natural materials as wooden sliding doors. The room was super comfortable and bigger than expected, it had a little living/dining area close to the little kitchen and the entrance area. I stayed there even for the Christmas day with my mom and it felt very cozy. It meant a lot having the kitchen that day and having the staff coming up cleaning.
The staff is the real deal at this hotel. I travelled a lot and rarely met so professional and kind and attentive staff, all of them. I requested two rooms at the same floor and facing the courtyard and they managed to deliver. The staff was super patient with my mom's coffee routine in the morning and the.
I love this hotel because it's not excessive big and yet, if you want you can pay and access some services at the bigger brother hotel a block away, such as the spa or the swimming pool.

Amazing apartment in the best location, centrally located within walking distance or easy uber to most destinations. Super friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home. The apartment building itself is beautiful and sympathetically renovated, we also appreciated the breakfast delivery in the morning and were treated to an apartment upgrade on arrival. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again.

What a cool boutique hotel in the buzzy area of Lisbon. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The owner's wife is an architect and converted an old print factory into a loft hotel. The rooms are spacious and stylish. The location is superb (but Ubers not allowed on the narrow street). The staff take pride in serving a gorgeous breakfast in the morning down in the common area.

Not much to be frank. In comparison to Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Baixa Castelo, this location is not at central and requires a walk up a slope to get to it the alleyway that you need to walk up to get to the hotel smells of pee and in general is not very comfortable for everyone so that is a watch out.
The apartment itself has a decent layout and has very thing you need but the maintenance is not the greatest.

The hosts at this apartment hotel are simply wonderful. I have no words. They assisted us beyond expectations with everything related to observing Shabbat - opening doors, entering the elevator and the apartment. It's truly exceptional. Additionally, the hotel provided luggage storage, which is very convenient for those with a late flight. The hotel's location is very central, in a flat and very safe area. The apartments are lovely and well-equipped, and I highly recommend it. We felt at home.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lobby door code and apartment door code instructions were easy to follow. Serviced apartment was very clean and tidy, great showers and comfy beds with a hotel-like turndown service every morning (if desired). Location was fantastic, very close to public transport (metro at the big Marques de Pombal roundabout is about 5 mins walk downhill). Apartment was tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathrooms amply stocked; overall, very happy with our stay and would certainly stay again.
We liked the fact that it was a self-catering apartment with kitchen, fridge and a porch outside. We prefer self catering to hotels. Bonus: this accommodation is located within walking distance of tram 28, so there are no massive queues as you see on the other side of the tram line in city centre.
