The hotel and facilities are nice, tidy and in good condition.
Rooms are spacious, bathrooms and kitchen equipped with all necessary items and also spacious.
Balcony or terrace is more than suitable for enjoying them.
We had an technical issue in our room which was immediately taken care by the lady at the reception in a very professional way. As the issue wasn't easy to repair we received another room immediately to solve the issue for us - thanks again for the quick support to the staff.

The property is located on top of a hill with apartments facing the sea. We were in the superior 1 bedroom apartment and the sea views were terrific.
The apartment was very comfortable and very clean. The hotel grounds around the pool were clean and well maintained. Furnishings were comfortable, modern and not shabby. The balcony was a good size stretching across the width of the whole apartment. Front desk personnel were polite and attentive.
If returning to Alvor, this hotel will certainly be at the top of the list.

The location was perfect. It was convenient yet quiet. The apartment was modern and comfortable. And the owner provided everything in the kitchen. They even provided salt, peppers, olive oil for us to use.

Pleasant stay. The room is a bit dated, but it was very large, clean and sufficient. The kitchen in the room could use a few more utensils, but it was fine for the two of us.
The inside pool was nice, it was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. The outside pool was a bit too cold for the end of October, but it looked very nice. all-in-all a very good stay.

Everything was excellent: staff friendly, rooms extra clean and spaceous, facilities modern and all in excellent order, bathroom comfortable and big, parking plenty, breakfast delicious. Both main beds were nice and comfortable. Value for the money was excellent as well.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.

The Dunas complex has plenty of restaraunts and bars at competitive prices and are ideally located for beach, taxis , buses and shopping.

Just back from a week self catering at Alvor Park. Our apartment was a great size with ample storage and all the necessities.
We had a large balcony with 2 loungers and table & chairs. The grounds are really well tended and the decor in public areas in funky and modern. Loved the pool(s) , plenty of loungers and parasols to go around. We would definitely consider a return visit. My husband commented on the quietness around the premises, very little road noise or disturbance.

Rio House Alvor is a comfortable and well located property and the administrators are very helpful and professional to deal with. The house is well equipped, with a TV, Washing Machine, Dishwasher etc. so it is perfect for self-catering purposes.
