Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
The room had everything you needed even if you wanted to do self catering including the kitchen sink. The beds were comfy but did find them slightly on the soft side but still a comfortable sleep. The room was big and very clean. Definitely staying there again. The car park was limited as it shares with next door but is a decent place to leave the car. Was not worried about it and that's a big thing with me. The staff were very kind and very helpful.

I upgraded for an extra cost and had to go self catering, this was to be a surprise for my wife she was expecting to be treated better than having to self cater. All hotels we have stayed in do have clean towels and coffee placed in the room each day .the upgrade was not explained very well I have read the details of both the studio and apartment and they are both the same which one is right? We were both disappointed with the so called upgrade for the extra expense very disappointed not as good as your other Cityden. Ian Smythe.
Property was modern and clean. Clever use of space adds to comfort. Facilities for self catering excellent. Tram stop and supermarkets within easy walking distance. Staff helpful and friendly. We actually enjoyed our stay and felt it was worth the money.
Extremenly spacious apart hotel rooms with two compartments offered a quiet, relaxed home-feeling. The young staff at the reception desk was ever so friendly and helpful. Nice selection of drinks and snacks to buy for your room, too. Breakfast was as expected to see you for a business day and nicely done.
