The location was great. Quiet and walking distance to several supermarkets. The apartment kitchen was extremely well equipped. Staff communication was great. On-site parking was very convenient.

Really good location. The beach nearby is great (next to the hilton). Hotel staff (the one that book the room) is friendly and helpful. For example they provided sun umbrellas and sand toys. Our toilet broke and they fixed it the same day. The apartments are spacious and perfect for a group. Playa del Carmen is really lively and you are really close to everything.

Leo is a perfect host, so helpful! We could park our rental car in the garage (we were a bit worried, as the entrance to it is steep, but it was really easy managable!). We really appreciated that we could park the car safely!

Great size room with kitchenette suitable for self-catering, large bed, nice bathroom, AC & fan & TV. Walmart is a 5 minute walk away. Access to the beach is about 10 minutes & within 5 minutes you’re in the main hub of Playa del Carmen. The small roof pool was a great cool down after the beach.

Nice small apartment hotel with rooftop pool. Out of the town and away from the noise but still lots of restaurants and shops around and 5th Ave is also a few mins walk away. Excellent value!
Good location just off 5 Ave Norte but also on a quiet calle/street where you couldn't hear booming music from restaurants and bars. Beach is a 5 to 8 min walk away and the nearby Coco beach itself isn't that good (we would recommend driving or taxi to the main Parque Fundadores in PDC or further away in Tulum) but overall good apart hotel. Kitchen could be better stocked with more utensils but overall good. Rooftop pool was also very nice.
Spacious, air conditioned, serviced apartment with balcony and not one but two hammocks also a gas braai on the apartment balcony was very convenient. Great views from the roof top. Access to beach chairs and beach towels.
