Stunning views and comfortable spacious rooms. The garden suites beautiful lawn provided ample outdoor space. The walk into town was doable and helped to walk off dinner. Susanna was incredibly helpful and responsive.

The place itself is very nice, warm, and cozy. View from my window just amazing. The communication with the owner also smooth. I really love my stay in Ortisei and this place. My suggestion is wear your comfortable sneakers/boots. Dont bring big luggage(s) if not necessary, small/cabin size luggage is okay, but better with big backpack (if you walk a lot and will walk to this place - not using car/taxi), it is a bit in the uphills, just better prepared. The location just near 3 secede cable cars, one in the upper side and two in the down side, so basically it is well situated. Yes, I recommend this place :)

Everything about this place was great!
The location is perfect, close by the city center, situated in a quiet alley, and easy access to public transportation.
You have the option for a parking spot, but we didn't needed it since we decided to take public transportation and the connection to all cities and towns from Brixen is perfect so you don't need to worry about driving after a day of hiking.
In the residence we had our own kitchen which made it perfect to cook, plus there is also a supermarket close by. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary things you need to cook or prepare a snack, they even have the coffee maker to put in the stove!
The breakfast was delivered in a wooden box placed next to your door, which I found it to be super great and creative! It had everything from eggs (which you cook) ham, cheese, fruit, granola, breads, yogurt, juices... everything was delicious.
The bed was super comfy and so were the pillows. The room was big, spacious and clean. You also get a nice sleep as it is quiet.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The view from the balcony was also very nice and the many cute birds singing gave it a nice enchanting atmosphere.
There is a washing and drying machine at the residence which we used and worked pretty well!
If you are looking for a place to stay I would definitely recommend Brixen and Residence Nives, location is really great with easy access to all cities/towns by bus or train.

Fantastic apartment. Clean and spacious. There is a large balcony too which meant we could really appreciate the stunning views. Good kitchen area for easy self catering. Warm, friendly hosts throughout who provided quick responses to any queries. Bus stop just outside so good access to ski bus which runs til 5:30m. We would recommend and hope to return.
Nice apartment hotel with all the comfort and facilities needed for a stay with a family. Plenty of storage space, comfortable bathroom. Attention to details. Staff was nice. Supermarket nearby to buy food, next to restaurants and cafes at the center of Selva.
We loved this self catering apartment - especially as bread could be arranged to be delivered every day. It was a 15 minute walk into town where we ate most evenings and suited our adult party really well.
Having three ensuite bathrooms was a bonus too.
The hosts were fantastic and really looked after us.
