The apartment is just like on the photos presented.
We have been in E22, on the second floor and there was enough space for 4 adult people to sleep each in a single bed, as it was our main request for the owner.
The garage was good, there was a washing and drying machine available in the basement, also ski storage, and the garbage place was just next to the house door.
The house is in the street which is sharp uphill, but just 5 min to the Seceda gondola.
Nadia was so nice and very helpful for anything we asked for 🤩.
Definitely, we will come back!

Perfect self-service apartment for our 5 persons family, it was practically ski in- ski out to Sellaronda. High quality apartment, with good equipment in the kitchen. Small family business, quiet yet central location. Spacious parking, practical ski room and great small wellness area. Works perfectly for active families or groups who are in Selva for skiing and like to enjoy relaxing evenings in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!
Fantastic apartment. Clean and spacious. There is a large balcony too which meant we could really appreciate the stunning views. Good kitchen area for easy self catering. Warm, friendly hosts throughout who provided quick responses to any queries. Bus stop just outside so good access to ski bus which runs til 5:30m. We would recommend and hope to return.
Nice apartment hotel with all the comfort and facilities needed for a stay with a family. Plenty of storage space, comfortable bathroom. Attention to details. Staff was nice. Supermarket nearby to buy food, next to restaurants and cafes at the center of Selva.
