We are so happy to have stayed here. When I was researching places to stay, this one came up but had very few reviews as it was a newer property being listed, so I was a little nervous but decided to take a chance. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Our host (Diona) was so responsive and friendly. The location was excellent - right in the middle of everything yet it was so quiet at night. The room was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 4. We felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Really friendly hostess, tried to explain everything we asked, but she spoke no English, so communication difficult. Nevertheless, she was helpful throughout our stay, even escorted us to the nearby bus stop to catch the bus into Split. The apartment itself was well fitted out, everything we wanted for self catering. The location very handy for the beaches, one directly opposite the apartment, handy for a swim before breakfast, and amuchnicer one 200 meters away, just east of the marina.
location was amazing. 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Stunning garden. Lovely people. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for self catering and walking distance to good eateries.
The owners were lovely & very welcoming, they organised their grandson to be there to translate & give us a tour of the property - he was absolutely charming. The pool was great to cool off in with adequate sun-beds for guests.
The balcony was really spacious with a sea view & the property had everything we required for self catering.
A very comfortable and pretty aparthotel. Conveniently located near 2 shops (1 and 5 mins walk), beach (1-2 mins walk) and restaurants (~ 4 mins walk). Quite close to Split, and it is very easy to get there by bus (bus station is right next to the aparthotel) or by Uber. Additionally, there is a swimming pool belonging to the aparthotel on the roof.

In overal realy enjoyed our stay and hotel service.
Beachfront hotel with beautiful sea view. Rooms are good isolated, parking is organized. Restaurants, bars, boat trips, rent a ski jet and massage are in 100 m walking distance. Evenings are not noisy. Hotel service (reception and cleaning) was good organized.
