Our apartment was superb. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. What's not to like? Plenty of space everywhere and a great size balcony. A toaster would be handy but wasn't worried about not having a coffee machine like other people seem to be. The apartments are in a residential area and so not that near to a breakfast place or restaurants in the evening but for two of us this didn't matter so much. However, the location was slightly difficult for the third person. Alright walking down into the centre of Split but walking back up again was sometimes a problem as the building is on a higher level and there are no buses nearby. A great place to stay otherwise.

The property is in a quiet location and we had a beautiful sea view. Ease of access to Split. Short walk from the harbour and some good coffee shops and restaurants. Marija was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Everything what is needed for vacations. Clean, well equipped, very close to the beach, shops,bakery , and restaurants. Easy accesible from Split airport by taxi. Very helpful and hospitable owner.

This place is incredible. We spent 2 weeks here and I loved every moment. Mornings on the beach and afternoons at the pool. Both have sufficient shade. The beach also has a small restaurant near the long outcrop that sells sandwiches and fries for takeaway. The apartment itself was great too. Brand new, with comfortable beds, loads of pillows, a nice work space and a well equiped kitchen. If I ever go back, I would stay here again.

The complex is located right by a beautiful beach with sun loungers, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sea. Our apartment was on the ground floor, featuring a spacious balcony with loungers, an umbrella, and a stunning view of the ocean. There’s just a small hedge separating you from the beach – it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a seaside view.
The apartment was spotless, very well-organized, and tastefully furnished. It had a comfortable bed, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The entire complex is beautifully designed with plenty of greenery, giving it a lovely, peaceful atmosphere.
The restaurant food was excellent, and since we visited during a quieter season, we had the perfect combination of sunny weather and a calm setting to fully relax. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, promptly meeting every request we had. We even received a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
We will definitely be coming back here again!

Really spacious apartment with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful views and lovely and very attentive cleaning staff. Decent small supermarket only 5 mins walk away.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Great location - right on the beach with an air-conditioned room. Safe, shady off-street parking. A table was always available for every guest, as well as everything you need for the beach like deck chairs and large umbrellas. A nice selection of bars and restaurants in the area and with a decent grocery store 2 minutes walk away. There are easy bus connections to Split or Omiš and surrounding towns if you don't feel like driving.
Definitely a great place for a self-catering beach holiday, with ample fridge and storage space.
Really friendly hostess, tried to explain everything we asked, but she spoke no English, so communication difficult. Nevertheless, she was helpful throughout our stay, even escorted us to the nearby bus stop to catch the bus into Split. The apartment itself was well fitted out, everything we wanted for self catering. The location very handy for the beaches, one directly opposite the apartment, handy for a swim before breakfast, and amuchnicer one 200 meters away, just east of the marina.
location was amazing. 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Stunning garden. Lovely people. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for self catering and walking distance to good eateries.
The owners were lovely & very welcoming, they organised their grandson to be there to translate & give us a tour of the property - he was absolutely charming. The pool was great to cool off in with adequate sun-beds for guests.
The balcony was really spacious with a sea view & the property had everything we required for self catering.
