This place is a magical gem in a wonderful location. The staff is something else: they care for you like family, go above and beyond and make you really feel at home. On top of that, there’s wonderful rooms (including a very nice 2-bedroom bungalow that we stayed in, with garden), a pool, super tasty breakfast, parking, a big playground for kids and it’s just 1 minute from the beach and shops. Thank you for making us feel so at home and for the wonderful stay, we’ll be back!

The room looks newly renovated, it was so soundproof I thought I was the only one there. The door is not soundproof so you hear the sea at all times, I thought that was so nice. The breakfast was very simple, yogurt, croissant, bread, cheese and ham. Didn't really need more and i really liked the orange cake they had. They have a laundry you can use from 11 - 13. The cleaning lady Helen was so nice! The owners live on the property and they have the cutest little dog, he barks a lot but never at people and I did pet him and he was very friendly. There was plenty of parking but they don't rent out cars in the winter. My room was just like the picture, I had the one where the shower is in a separate room, it looks smaller in the pictures, it is not cramped and easy to move around. The lighting was very nice and the room breathes well, I never used my ac. I think the value for money is good and would probably stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel, a bit outside of the city. The room is great, very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating.

Everything was so nice at Seascape. The room was gorgeous and so was the rest of the property including the pool. It’s in a great location and the staff were some of the kindest people I met on my month long trip. They helped us with everything. Even when the airline had lost our luggage they did everything they could to support us and they helped us get it back. I loved it and I would 100% stay here again.

Nice aparthotel in quiet area with parking, Not far away from the beach. Clean, cosy and comfortable although the kitchen is very small. Good restaurant in hotel. Very kind and helpful hosts.
A comfortable hotel in a fabulous location close to the beach and a strip of shops/restaurants. The decor is a little tired but the friendliness of the family who own this hotel makes all of the difference. We were two singles in separate rooms and each had the equivalent of a serviced apartment suitable for a family of 4. Really large spaces with big balconies and a family with children would have loved it.
The hotel is squeaky clean and newly renovated, with everything being in absolutely perfect condition. Modern, cozy design and amazing room views. All suites are super spacious and provide easy access to the restaurants and pools.
Staff were all super friendly and helpful, just lovely people to be around, especially on vacation!
This was a real find. This family run Aparthotel was perfect in everyway. Our Apartment was spacious and included a delightful terrace/balcony area to relax with a vino whilst kids slept. The pool was a real bonus for kids and adults to enjoy at the end of a long day exploring this beautiful island. Little touches like the owners sharing homemade snacks and treats with us really made the experience unforgettable.
This was self catering. Space was excellent and beautifully decorated. Sea view from the bedroom. Swimming pool was excellent. Easy walk to shops and tavernas. Buses into Iraklio and on weekdays direct to Knossos. Just watch out different number in each direction. Buy tickets in advance at the supermarket.
