The property was in a brilliant location with plenty to do around it. Facilities were good value for money and perfect for our stay. Parking also available outside, the street nearby or a free car park just up the road. Never had any issues parking.

Very beautiful, new and modern hotel property. Every detail of the room is exceptionally designed, from the light fixtures, to the private outdoor hot tub. It's conveniently located, about 5 min walk directly to the beach. The bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom has an awesome shower. On top of it all, the staff is really warm and friendly.

I stayed two nights. large clean modern apartment. Its a quiet side street on the outskirts of town so easy to reach with the hire car and good on street parking. Supermarket nearby. I took the bus into down which is just a 5 min walk to the stop and goes direct into the city. Good sleep quality. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel staff were super friendly and communicative, check-in and checkout were a breeze and the room itself was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The location is quite central in downtown and walkable everywhere, but with easy access to the airport by car or public transportation, making it an ideal choice for a night after or before a flight.
Also, we loved the convenience of a free parking spot right at the entrance.
Overall it's a good option for short city stays.

This is such a gem! The location is absolutely perfect (right next to shops, cafes, restaurants, the bus stop to the airport/elsewhere). The room itself was very clean, modern and had all the amenities you would require.

We had a quick stopover in Heraklion and Porta Suites made it very nice. Lovely, helpful staff. We booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony and it was great. Jacuzzi went to 40 degrees C and the jets were fairly strong as well.

Except for the noise across the road from the construction site. 1 min past 8am. Saturday morning was the only thing that let the place down!!
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Nice aparthotel in quiet area with parking, Not far away from the beach. Clean, cosy and comfortable although the kitchen is very small. Good restaurant in hotel. Very kind and helpful hosts.
A comfortable hotel in a fabulous location close to the beach and a strip of shops/restaurants. The decor is a little tired but the friendliness of the family who own this hotel makes all of the difference. We were two singles in separate rooms and each had the equivalent of a serviced apartment suitable for a family of 4. Really large spaces with big balconies and a family with children would have loved it.
The hotel is squeaky clean and newly renovated, with everything being in absolutely perfect condition. Modern, cozy design and amazing room views. All suites are super spacious and provide easy access to the restaurants and pools.

This was a real find. This family run Aparthotel was perfect in everyway. Our Apartment was spacious and included a delightful terrace/balcony area to relax with a vino whilst kids slept. The pool was a real bonus for kids and adults to enjoy at the end of a long day exploring this beautiful island. Little touches like the owners sharing homemade snacks and treats with us really made the experience unforgettable.
This was self catering. Space was excellent and beautifully decorated. Sea view from the bedroom. Swimming pool was excellent. Easy walk to shops and tavernas. Buses into Iraklio and on weekdays direct to Knossos. Just watch out different number in each direction. Buy tickets in advance at the supermarket.
