Pretty good value for the price. The building and common areas look a bit old and outdated, but the room was clean, spacious and comfy enough and well equipped.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Great location especially if you need to hop onto a boat which is docked in harbour. A short 10min walk into town up the hill. Not too strenuous at all and a lovely park at the top. Recently refurbished hotel and spotlessly clean. The aparthotel concept was very good, with plates, pots etc and allows for making meals.
