We stayed for 7 nights in a one-bedroom apartment at the Hipotels Mercedes Aparthotel. It’s a very nice hotel located right on the beautiful sandy beach. Sunbeds were available for €5 per day, and pool and beach towels were provided by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. They didn’t mind me practicing my Spanish with them, even though my level is far from perfect.
The apartment was really spacious and had a side sea view. The furniture was a little outdated, but it was absolutely fine with us. The outdoor pool area was beautiful, though unfortunately, the water was already too cold to swim in by late October.
Breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, with a variety of creative dishes. The hotel is located very close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets (Spar, Mercadona, Lidl, HiperCentro). There is also a long shopping street just steps away.
We used the public bus to get to and from the airport, and to visit the Rafa Nadal Academy in Manacor and Palma de Mallorca. Both places are definitely worth visiting!
The hotel closed the season on the last day of our stay (November 1st), but the staff still made a great effort to prepare Halloween decorations and a fantastic festive dinner on the evening of October 31st.
I would like to thank the hotel for everything. We really enjoyed our stay, though sadly, it wasn’t long enough!

A good 3 star accommodation. Very good location, walkable to the town/beach in about 5-10 minutes and all flat/level for small kids/buggies and well lit in the evenings. Nice and quiet with small child - note, we stayed in Block 4 which is across the road from the main complex so no live entertainment in our block at nighttime and quieter pool during the day which was ideal for us. We didn't know we were staying in a separate block but happy this is how it worked out.

I liked that guests were separated between apartment blocks, it was quiet and almost didn't hear others - seems that families were closer to each other (in the C block) - not sure if intentionally or not, but seems to be a good idea as kids tend to be louder.
Kids used and loved swimming pool - there are zones for different heights and the smallest zone 60 cm are divided by physical pillars, therefore the kids couldn't accidentally step into deeper area. It was also maintained very often. There was also possibility to use Hotel's pool.
Apartment was quite basic, but fine. For a 4 person family there was enough of room. It was possible to find everything you need, e.g., kitchen tools. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The cleanness was top level, the floor - clean, dishes shining, fridge - clean, bathroom - shiny. It seems that the cleaning lady is very thorough.
There is also a Ping-Pong and Pool in the reception that we used. We also enjoyed the balcony, the view to the forest and grasshoppers sound was relaxing. A/C worked very well and is quiet.

It was set in nice gardens . The pool area was great with lots of sun loungers. We had 2 days of poor weather but at least there was the indoor pool, gym and things like table tennis. And the staff were excellent. Particularly our last day when they make it really easy to store your bags and continue to enjoy the pool and then showers when you need to leave

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Location was perfect and was able experience wonderful restaurants within the area. A car is definitely a must to get around the island to visit other beaches in Majorca. Street parking was available. Breakfast was plentiful and hotel service was excellent.
This aparthotel is an ideal choice for families. There is enough space for 5 people, and it is located almost in the first row to the phenomenal beach.
We were very satisfied with our stay at the aparthotel. The reception is working 24/7, which is very convenient because we arrived at night and were quickly checked in. The restaurant has very tasty, varied food. You can find something to choose from in the menu every day. As well I really liked, that every evening there is entertainment for children and adults.The beach is not far away, no more than 10 minutes walk from the aparthotel. We highly recommend this aparthotel for a holiday with family and children as well as with friends.
From Arrival at reception to the apartment we had booked, all was above & beyond, everybody was so helpful, despite the fact we did a self catering option. I could see those that did all inclusive seemed happy with their choice. The actual appt had a pool view, it was amazing, the appt was spacious, clean & linens etc changed frequently.
We liked the location of the apartment hotel which was close to the sea/bars and shops. Food was decent with a variety of cuisine and our hotel apartment was very clean and easily fitted a family of six.
Everything was ok. We had the new apartment with the pool.. Great and calm location for family. Only 10min to the sea. 5 min to the Aldi shop,where you buy everything. I highly recommend Aparthotel Club Simo.
