We stayed in the family suite, it was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Everything was so new and clean. The kitchen equipment was adequate and clean. The toilet bowl was heated and had a bidet faucet which was a huge plus. Many things in the apartment were well thought out and designed.

What an amazing little oasis in the middle of the mountains! We couldn’t be happier about our decision to stay here!! The host were generous, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast spread was incredible !!! The bedrooms were good size and beds were comfortable. Close to Lucerne but far enough away to feel like a local. We enjoyed the incredible sunrise from our bedroom and sunsets each evening in the backyard with a cocktail in hand and fondue on the fire. We can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was!! Highly recommend and would stay here again!!

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
Nice location easy to find, free parking place, backyard where children can play. Friendly owners, very cozy and home-like atmosphere. Highly recommend to try raclette here - it's just awesome!
A small, beautiful, cozy, family run apart hotel in Ruswil at 20 min by car from Luzern. Yulia and Eric are super friendly and made everything to make us feel like at home. Highly recommended!

We, family of four, stayed here just for one night on our way to home, but we totally fell in love with this place.
Not just a great location with nice view on mountains, properly equipped and clean rooms, timely prepared and served tasty dinner and breakfast, but the whole atmosphere there was fantastic. We really didn’t want to leave. I want to thank our lovely hosts for all this great experiences. Absolutely recommended!
