The property had no hot water for 2 days in clod weather. Also the checkin was a night mare as there was no wifi on the ground floor to easy check in via digital process. The property was very far from city and had no ammenities like groceries shop etc.

The property was very spacious especially the living room/bedroom area, where there was two sofas and two single beds, both very comfortable.
The kitchen area had all the amenities you needed to make breakfast and dinner.
It felt like a very cosy place to stay, and was extremely clean and tidy, but well equipped with everything you needed. The host was also very accommodating, and offered us discounted tickets for the mount Pilatus ride.
Ideal for travellers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Aparthotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but are self-catered with a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). This suite-style accommodation usually has more than 10 units per property.
Nice location easy to find, free parking place, backyard where children can play. Friendly owners, very cozy and home-like atmosphere. Highly recommend to try raclette here - it's just awesome!

We, family of four, stayed here just for one night on our way to home, but we totally fell in love with this place.
Not just a great location with nice view on mountains, properly equipped and clean rooms, timely prepared and served tasty dinner and breakfast, but the whole atmosphere there was fantastic. We really didn’t want to leave. I want to thank our lovely hosts for all this great experiences. Absolutely recommended!
