Checking in process - I find communication was a bit difficult at first e.g. the staff did not really answer our questions. But on our arrival, the PIN and necessary check-in process were promptly provided and we could enter our apartment without a glitch.

I must coplement the property for having all the comforts of home for this self contained appartment. Close to train station for day trips to Swiss Alps and very close to lake and old town. Easy walk to many supermarkets if self catering.
The hotel service is very good, and it is kept clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony room, it has a good view, and the double room is a little smaller, but also good. The location of the hotel is also very good, walking to the boat pier is close. Anyway, we love Luzern！
Great, clean and quiet apartment in the centre of Luzern, a few minutes welk from the Lion and 10-15 minutes welk from the railway station, so ideal as a base. No traffic noise. Great coffee and tea selection. On second floor with elevator. Pictures and descrption on booking.com are entirely in line with reality. Highly recommended for solo or duo self-catering ravellers.

The breakfast, although very kind because was like a boutique hotel service, was somewhat limited. But very well served.
