It did the job. It was one of the few options available on short notice so overall we are satisfied. Self-checking was convenient for us because it allowed to be flexible with arrival. Comfy bed :)

The hotel offers many of the same amenities as serviced apartments. The room was very large with a view of Mount Pilatus. The hotel uses its own app to enter the door. It's very comfortable.
The hotel was located not very far from my Academy. As for meals, it was self catering, so I was preparing my meals using the provided pots, pans as well as plates and cutlery. All in all everything was readily available and within reach.
Nice facilities in the serviced apartments including a fully functional kitchenette. Located right opposite to the Horw,Seefeld bus stop for easy connection to the Lucerne station.

I must coplement the property for having all the comforts of home for this self contained appartment. Close to train station for day trips to Swiss Alps and very close to lake and old town. Easy walk to many supermarkets if self catering.
The hotel service is very good, and it is kept clean and comfortable. We booked a balcony room, it has a good view, and the double room is a little smaller, but also good. The location of the hotel is also very good, walking to the boat pier is close. Anyway, we love Luzern！
Great, clean and quiet apartment in the centre of Luzern, a few minutes welk from the Lion and 10-15 minutes welk from the railway station, so ideal as a base. No traffic noise. Great coffee and tea selection. On second floor with elevator. Pictures and descrption on booking.com are entirely in line with reality. Highly recommended for solo or duo self-catering ravellers.

The installations are fine; not exceptional, but ok for our expectations.
The breakfast, although very kind because was like a boutique hotel service, was somewhat limited. But very well served.
