Booking.com should make clear that this is not a hotel, but a room in what used to be a hotel owned privately. The person/company that owns the place absolutely makes no effort to clarify anything or help you in any way. Seriously???

Ideal for travelers who want their own space and don’t need frills. Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
The room itself was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and the Aircon worked well. The shower was big and also worked well.
It's a serviced apartment on the third floor. There's a rooftop pool and terrace with great views.
The host was very responsive and made sure I had a nice stay, leaving me cookies, tea and coffee.
There is also a big fresh water dispenser and a fridge.
My overall stay was good.
