Everything was as described and so it was just as we expected.
Wagner the owner, was very helpful and responsive and he came to meet us at the property on the second day with extra towels.
The on-site facilities were very good, with a cafe on the ground floor, a washing/drying room and rooftop gym/pool.
The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful.

The host was very responsive and made sure I had a nice stay, leaving me cookies, tea and coffee.
There is also a big fresh water dispenser and a fridge.
My overall stay was good.
