The people at the reception are amazing, always helpful, always super nice. We had an issue with the hairdryer in our room and they replaced it on the spot (thank you so much for that).
The location is great, right near the beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic - view to the sea 100%.
The restaurant has good food, always fresh. The people serving there are also very nice.
All in all, it was an amazing experience for us! Big thanks to the people working there, they made our stay extra pleasant ❤️

It is a good hotel bit check your booking when you arriwe because we have booked a Deluxe room but i think we got a standard room, it was the worst room ever! It was small, and bad co ditioned with sewer smell. On the second day we requested a room change. The new room was lerfect, big modern. Check the images, the first image is a standard room, the others are deluxe. I dont know why the booking.com allows rooms with deceptice images. After the room change we were statisfied with our stay but the Dream Island is better choice! The restaurant is very good, best in Harmony hotels.

I liked the apartment and the pools are great. Cleaning in the apartment was good. It has a small kids corner with a slide in the yard and it was nice addition.

Condo hotels/serviced apartments have some hotel facilities like a reception desk but include kitchen facilities for a place to cook (e.g. a kitchenette). These suite-style accommodations usually have more than 10 units per property.
An apart hotel in the very centre of Byala, on the main square, around 15 min walk downhill to the nearest beach. We went there to celebrate NY last minute. The host was very kind and attentive. The apartments are spacious and well planned. We had South-facing ones with distant sea view. They have aircon, TV and wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen corner.
