Situated in Kayseri’s centre, Nüzhet Hotel offers a fitness centre and café serving buffet breakfast. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Erkilet Airport is 5 minutes’ drive away. We arrived late at night with two children after delayed flights. The front desk worker was extremely kind, checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room to a suit so the kids got their own beds. Great room with an awesome view of the town and mountains! Breakfast had a large selection and was very good. We almost left without one of our bags but a staff member caught us as we were about to leave in a taxi. Excellent hotel and workers!

Worst experience ive ever had with a hotel. Arrived at the location provided on bookin.com. Host was rude and told me i was at the wrong hotel. Made me carry my bags 2km to a different hotel out in the middle of nowhere and tried to shove me in a 2bed room. The hotel i booked (seyir evleri) was for 3 people including breakfast with a front desk right next to the bus stop so i can go skiing. This new room was in the middle of nowhere. 2km from the bus stop, no breakfast. Only two beds. Only two small towels. No breakfast. No front desk. People were shouting and breaking stuff all through the night. I had to leave. I want a full refund. They made me pay on booking.com and theres no one to complain to.. i will not rest untill i get my money back for this absolute massive scam!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

(actually stayed here November 2023) We were getting the dogu express which leaves Kayseri at 1am so we booked somewhere to rest so we didn't have to wait in the cold. Hotel is a very short 5 minute walk to the train station. Staff were really lovely and welcoming. When we explained we were leaving very early and wouldn't be there for breakfast they offered to make us a sandwich and this was ready for us as we left! Really kind of them and really great service. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was clean if a little tired but it was perfect for what we needed.

The hotel was in a good position near the airport, staff specially the receptionists were supper nice , very clean rooms and great room service. Highly recommended

Facilities include a ski storage and ski pass vendor. 숙소는 공항과 가까웠고 중심가에 위치하여 걸어서 쇼핑이 가능했고 캐슬이나 공원이 가까이에 있어서 아주 좋았다. 숙소에 들어갔을때 너무 고급스럽고 친절하여 너무너무 훌륭한 숙소였다. 28일 밤에 도착했을때 영어를 잘못하자 여성안내자가 조금 불편한 내색을 했지만 다음날 한국말을 너무나 유창하게 하는 mr.sarp 는 깜짝 놀랄정도로 너무 친절했다. mr.sarp는 서툰 영어를 하는 나에게 유창한 한국말로 아주 친절하게 내 질문에 답을 해주고 여러가지를 챙겨주었다. 다시 이 호텔에 간다면 훌륭한 시설 은 물론이고 mr. sarp의 친절함에 꼭 다시 가고싶다 실내시설은 최상이었다. 그중 최고는 넓은 침대와 폭신한 매트는 하루의 피곤을 모두 씻어주었고 월컴 과일은 기분을 up시켜주었다. 동쪽으로 난 창으로 일출이 너무 아름다웠고 넓은 객실은 공기가 무척 상쾌했다 즐거운 여행을 준 mr.sarp와 Radison Blu 감사합니다.
