Staff was very helpful and attentive. They wanted to make sure everything is going well throughout the stay which made me feel at home. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and refreshed everyday. Downtown Beirut is only 10 minutes' drive away.... I chose this hotel because of the free transfer from the airport. But everything in this hotel is excellent! Staff, service, bedding. They arranged for me a taxi to the Jeita Grotto at very reasonable fee. Absolutely recommended!
