I applaud the management of the hotel for having a great, pleasant, courteous & professional staff in every area of the hotel (airport shuttle, security, concierge, reception, lounge, restaurants, bars, beach area & housekeeping). Amazing big room, very clean , excellent service and the most friendly staff ever ! Large choice at breakfast and the tastiest restaurant i order every night and had no interest to go outside to eat , super delicious and they very attentive to details and special request always delivering their best ! So far best hotel I stayed in Beirut wouldn't even consider another , I come often and it's definitely my number 1 so far
