I booked this hotel last minute for myself, my sister and 2 young children. There was a typhoon and our Keramas hotel stay was cut short. I didn't know what to expect, but it was lovely. Rooms were clean, and they got our 2 last minute rooms right next to each other. Beds were comfortable, and the showers were fantastic...especially after a few days on the islands and ferries.

It was clean and within 5 minutes walking distance to a FamilyMart and some eateries. I had initially requested for early check-in but the property didn't commit to it as my request was a month before the trip. However, as soon as they were able to commit to the early check-in, they remembered to get back to me and accommodate my request. Really appreciate this. Also, the property has been prompt and responsive throughout the trip so that's another plus point.
