The hotel itself is spacious and very clean. The hotel offers you free unlimited coffee - you can make hot coffee or iced coffee. The staffs are really lovely too! They have a small menu of food and desserts that they offer - I personally loved the hamburger curry and I pretty much ordered it everyday during my stay. The room is spacious and offers privacy - just be aware that the door is like a hard curtain that locks. There are rules that everyone should stay as quiet as they can but you will still hear when people open their luggages and etc. This didn't bother me much as they offer free earplugs so I slept like a baby. The shower area is clean and spacious and they offer free items. I loved my stay so much and I will come back again.

I booked this hotel last minute for myself, my sister and 2 young children. There was a typhoon and our Keramas hotel stay was cut short. I didn't know what to expect, but it was lovely. Rooms were clean, and they got our 2 last minute rooms right next to each other. Beds were comfortable, and the showers were fantastic...especially after a few days on the islands and ferries.

The villa was incredibly spacious and luxurious, and all the elderly folks in my family were very happy with it. It was clean and within 5 minutes walking distance to a FamilyMart and some eateries. I had initially requested for early check-in but the property didn't commit to it as my request was a month before the trip. However, as soon as they were able to commit to the early check-in, they remembered to get back to me and accommodate my request. Really appreciate this. Also, the property has been prompt and responsive throughout the trip so that's another plus point.
