The streets of Naples are not clean, it's not nice to walk around, and they don't offer a pleasant view. But it's worth staying a few nights to go and visit Pompeii! Pompeii is wonderful, worth seeing!
Sometimes Naples gets a bad rap, but I found it a fascinating, vibrant city with a rich history. The fact that’s it’s a gateway to numerous attractions including Pompeii and the Amalfi coast is a bonus. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
You have to feel Naples...the vibe of the city is amazing. Just leave yourself to follow the flow ;) Ok, Naples is full with trash...but come on! It's not the most important thing. Eat, see and live and feel the beat of the citz.
It's a lovely place, with tons to do, but it's not the best during winter in my personal opinion! Definitely worth visiting Pompeii and all the cities on the way to Almafi! Plenty of delicious pasta and pizza around town, nice walking neighbourhoods and public transport that can take you most places!
Naples is a great city. Lots to do, museums, great restaurants, and shopping. The energy level of the city is high and you get swept up in the bussle. The people are friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning there again soon.
Lovely city, friendly people, seemed safe despite reputation. Beautiful location on the Bay of Naples. Excellent centre for visiting Capri, Positano and Amalfi coasts, Vesuvius, Herculenium and Pompeii.
1) The hotel is close to the Naples International Airport. 2) The breakfast is pretty good.
