Sehr schöne Altstadt. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, z.B. Mountanibiken, Wandern oder andere nette Ortschaften erkunden.
Eine sehr interessante Stadt, die für an der Geschichte der römischen Besiedelung Interessierte viel zu bieten hat. Aber auch ein flüchtiger Kurzbesuch mit einem Spaziergang durch das Zentrum lohnt sich auf alle Fälle
Wir hatten Aosta als Ausgang für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gewählt. Die Stadt hat Charme, Essen war preiswert. Die Pizza sehr zu empfehlen. Sehen Sie sich die Kirchen an. Leider wurden gerade vieles renoviert... Div. Burgen sind gut zu erreichen und das Röm. Wasserleitung sollte man sich ansehen. Bei der Fahrt auf den Monte Bianco c. 3500 m hoch kann man in 2.100 m auf der Zwischenstation aussteigen. Dort ist ein toller kostenloser Alpengarten.
Tolle Stadt, riesige, sehr lebendige Fußgängerzone, super viele kleine Geschäfte. Leider sehr viele Autos in den Vorstädten. Fahrradwege noch nicht optimal.
Nach Weihnachten war auf der Piazza der Weihnachtsmarkt. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Sonst haben wir das Skigebiet getestet. Trotzdem es keinen übermässigen Schnee gegeben hat waren die Pisten wunderbar, vor allem morgens.
