The Park Inn Shannon Airport is ideally located just steps from the main terminal building of Shannon International Airport. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable stay.

Carrygerry var byggt árið 1793 og er heillandi sveitagisting við fallegu County Clare-ströndina á Írlandi. Loved this Manor type country house. Really quite an amazing surprise. I only booked as a sleep over on the way to Shannon. What a surprise to see it was a very professionally managed establishment. There was a bar and restaurant albeit we were not hungry. The room had a four poster bed. It was so traditional but not contrived like the touristy castles. We slept so well in a fab comfortable bed. The room was very big. Table and chairs, walk in wardrobe/ dressing room. It is a fine country house from a bygone Anglo Irish day. It was Christmas week and there was a display of country Christmas hampers for sale with local produce in the lobby. Very reasonably priced compared to the rubbish in the big shops in Dublin. No pressure to sell either. I would certainly stay again and hopefully have time for breakfast next time. We loved it. Thanks to all the staff.

Treacys Oakwood Hotel, Shannon is located in the heart of Shannon’s town centre, next to the Skycourt shopping centre and only 5.1 km drive from the Shannon Airport. Fantastic decor, really comfy and spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The bar and restaurant is very nicely decorated in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Proximity to Shannon airport is a plus. Overall a great resting spot.

This was a really fun and unique place to stay. Feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere but groceries, cafes and restaurants just 10-15 minutes away. Paul, the proprietor, was delightful and took us around the property to have a look at the grounds and castle. They’re getting underway after just finishing building so a few nits to work out but really great couple nights there.
