Very clean hotel, plenty of clean towels and toiletries, very warm welcome on arrival in the early mornings hours. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located in the county side with beautiful views. A good breakfast in the morning.

Myself and a friend stayed here great location so close to the airport. it was so lovely. The bed was so comfy and loved the shower. Beautiful stay would recommend 😍

We were flying out of Shannon Airport so travelled up from Cork and stayed overnight at Treacys Oakwood Hotel, beautiful hotel with beautiful staff, I cannot fault it at all, we left out cars at the hotel and got a taxi to the airport.. talk about comfort!!. We have been spoilt.
We very much enjoyed are stay in are accommodation near Shannon Airport, we wasn't expecting it to be so lovely at Carrygerry Country House Hotel. It only took 12 minutes to drive to it from the airport and nicely welcomed at the door by Gillian and shown to are room. Shannon airport, easy to park, easy to get too by car.
We flew in to Shannon from London & used it as jumping off point to other areas in & south of Shannon. Convenient location. People we encountered were very friendly there, & really everywhere we went over our 4 days on the island.
Airport is so efficient and staff are professional .Security is done so efficiently, a really painless experience and so much better that other airports. The local road system is a joy and well signposted. Our stay at Oakwood hotel was just lovely and staff were really great, always available and ultra helpful. The hotel was peaceful, comfortable and food of excellent quality.
Shannon airport is a hidden gem of a flying experience. I highly recommend you use Shannon as your airport, especially for a holiday on Ireland's west coast. If you don't want to drive, it is well connected via bus to Galway or to Limerick, which has connections to everywhere else in Ireland via bus and train. If you do want to drive, you probably don't want to stay right in Shannon, but there is something for everyone nearby.
the things that were wrong were fixed but there is still some confusion about the payment. I think we will get this right soon. perhaps delete the previous review and perhaps I just won't put one up which I think is better.
Extremely helpful staff at the reception desk I had dinner on the night I stayed and it was absolutely gorgeous. The waitress was such a nice girl (sorry, I forgot the name) Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel is only 10 mins away from Shannon Airport. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you all for your hospitality.
Location to Shannon Airport Terminal. Ease of access. Quiet Hotel and decent size room.
We only stayed one night to be close to Shannon Airport.
