Just a 5-minute drive from Makedonia International Airport, Avalon Hotel in Thessaloniki City offers a swimming pool and free airport shuttle. The front desk team was very nice and helpful. They offer me to make breakfasts box to take to the airport since i had an early flight. The shuttle works perfectly to and from the airport in a few minutes they pick you up. And to go to the center you can ask the front desk to order a cab and it will cost around 18 euros. For people having a connection at the airport is the best option.

Very Nice place. The house is in a small village a bit far from the city. So you need a car or taxi to get there. Big enough for 8 people. It was very clean and tide and the ouner is very kind and help us with what we need. The appartment is like a basement with few windows but no view, so bit dark Besides that it was perfect. Thanks. .
There is probably no reason to stay in Thermi except closeness to the airport and a mere 13Euro taxi ride to the center of Thessaloniki. It's a calm alternative to the hotels in Thessaloniki with little or no pool and sun beds.
The city is right next to Thessaloniki, so you can use it as a base when visiting the city. Still, the beach is nice and clean, so not too bad for a summer holiday either. We cooked our own food, but there are plenty of restaurants.
The appartement is very big, very clean and well equipped. It is very confortable, each room being equipped with air conditioning and TV. The host waited for us and welcomed us warmly. There was fresh water in the fridge and things for breakfast, which we very much appreciated. It was a very good stay in this nice apartment, the only regret we have is that our stay was really short. Thank you!
Good hotel near Thessaloniki airport. The hotel supply free shuttle to and from the airport. Very comfort location. Warm hospitality. Specious and clean rooms. Good breakfast . We also have dinner at the hotel restaurant which was good.
