We missed our flight from London City Airport to Frankfurt because we landed in Heathrow Airport first from Las Vegas. We were super tired and unhappy when we arrived at the front door with our suitcases. The staff struggled a bit to open the door. Then the room cheered us up! It’s new, clean, modern and stylish! The kitchen offers everything you need! Pity we could only stay there like 12 hours to catch our early morning flight. Pity!

This hotel is located less than 5 minute walk away from the Excel Exhibition Center and less than a 5 minutes’ drive from London City Airport. Breakfast included, 10-15 min walking to the excel. Super kind staff, recommended.
The room was boiling hot. there wasn't any AC available. no spare pillows and bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. shower facility was very poor. the room was very small. They call it hotel but most of the customers looked like council use this place as refuge accommodate those people. very poor quality for the money. Totally waste of money and Saturday night.
The apartment was decent and cleanliness was good. The main thing that ruined it was the broken heater in the bedroom which was then replaced by the friendly host however the new heater stopped working an hour later. Another bad experience was that there was no hot water in the bathroom whereas the kitchen sink had very hot water. Host was pretty clear that if kitchen sink has hot water bath and shower will be hot however my family and I all had ice cold showers on cold winter day because of course there was absolutely no hot water!!
Woolwich and the neighborhood in particular is really great and one I would love to own a property in future. Secured, short walking distance to the shopping district and transport hubs. Just a nice setting.
The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
Stay here on a business trip for 2 weeks and it was perfect for my needs. Liv, who is the owner was very quick to respond to all messages and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to hopefully returning back here on business in the future.
For a 2 star hotel it rated well....staff were able to provide a fan as the room was not sufficiently cool enough for sleeping Staff were friendly and cooperative...drawback location being some distance from Barking railway station...at least 15/20 minutes walk
