It's a nice hotel with very comfortable and well sized rooms (especially for European standards). The room had a great view of the Tower of London, and had excellet connection to subway stations and buses. The bathroom was spacious too! The room had great illumination (which is so scarce in hotels), and the microwave, kitchen sink and some minimum cutlery were great too!

The apartment is spacious for 2 people, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was not very clean, there was no toilet paper, and it was a strong smell of mold. One of the sliding doors of the cupboard is broken, so one can not benefit from the full space inside it, but it was not a problem for us, for such a short stay. The bathroom was very cold, the heating system is not very efficient in the bathroom and kitchen, but very good for the rest. The kitchen and bathroom would benefit from refurbishing and some updating. The cooker is old and quite dirty and there is no microwave. Also, there were no towels, so if you plan to rent this kind of accommodation consider bringing your own. There was no lining for the couch in the living room, so if you bring extra people, consider bringing that too.
