Breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items to choose from, The eating area was constantly tidied up by staff and replenished with fresh food. They staff did their best to fulfill even our smallest of requests or find someone who could help us. You can tell that helping the customer is a big part of their company culture. The eatery next door had a nice food selection and friendly staff as well. Our flight was cancelled and we had no problem staying an extra day. We would highly recommend ibis Gonesse.

The apartment was very clean and tidy (which is extremely important for me), the furniture is new and clean, and the owner (Alex) is so welcoming and nice that it made our stay even better:)🤗 We are vegetarians and cook a lot - the kitchen utensils in a flat are in great condition and there's everything you need. The comunication from the host's side is excellent- he answers very quickly and if there any problems he is always eager to help. And there all tools for cleaning of the apartment. Which was also important for us. And - a very good washing machine 👍 Thank you Alex - I will recommend you to all my friends:)
