La Mesnagerie is 1 km from the centre of Jarzé and 16 km from the Château de Montgeoffroy. This property is exactly what I had been looking for. A beautiful and calm countryside retreat in France, and it exceeded my expectations. An old, historic property with lots of charm and character, clean, comfortable, managed by a great, very friendly host. Slept well, ate well, had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

Set within Pays de la Loire and in a landscaped garden, Loire Valley Cottages offers a swimming pool, children's games, badminton, free bikes and a children's play area. After booking our 3 night stay, we had some doubts about this venue and especially the available services. However, Benedicte and her husband Paul, together with their supporting team, do a great job! They welcome guests in a spontanious, very friendly manner and make you feel at home instantly. Paul's evening dinners are simple, made from local produce and very tasty. We found the interaction between guests/hosts quite pleasant and enjoyable. We had a great time at Chateau Vary, and the people running it are real gems!

The setting is gorgeous, perfect place to relax. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The hosts were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Both our boys were also a huge fan of Lola! The location of Chateau Vary is also perfect for visiting Angers, Saumur, Tours and everywhere in between.

Housed in a 17th-century château, Château de Briançon is 3 km from the centre of Bauné and 19 km from Angers. This B&B offers a garden, a terrace and free WiFi access. it was a luxurious stay. grand palace type room. excellent supportive staff.

A lovely property in a great location very spacious and exceptionally clean. All bedrooms were very well provided with comfortable beds all at a high standard and immaculate throughout. The kitchen is fabulous and fitted with modern equipment and utensils ideal for a family or large group. Bonus of the outside swimming pool which was a welcome area for relaxing after a long journey. The property is very private and comfortable.
