This place was amazing! Far exceeded our expectations, hosts were really lovely and so accommodating. Beds were so comfy, place was so clean, had everything we could need, lovely outside space for kids to play in the snow, very authentic and very Christmassy! We all loved it so much we will definitely be returning, one of our favourite places we have ever stayed! Couldn’t say enough great things about it, would 1000% recommend!

Mari is the best host! We were first nervous to pay directly outside of booking.com platform but Mari was super patient with us, and ensured us about the security. Place is exactly like it shows in the photos, no surprises. Location is amazing, right in the village. Mari also provided us with groceries, supplies every single day for breakfast, whatever we asked for. Apartment was cleaned every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, host and experience.

Located within Santa Claus Village, Glass Resort is set in Rovaniemi. All apartments comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. The staffs were very welcoming. You could drive straight to the igloo doorstep, which is very convenient especially when I have 2 elder folks with me. You could request room service and gain access to information through the tablet, the video on replay also provides clear information regarding the room and how to use the jacuzzi and sauna. - a staff came by upon checking in as well. The hotel was also very accommodating when I had to make a minor change to my booking.
