New, clean and practical for short stays because of its proximity to the airport and private shuttle bus. It needs to address some basic issues like noise from bathroom fan and secure the connection between the beds, to make the stay restful.
Excelent hotel, very clean and tidy. Rooms are not big, but spacious enough for the stay. Excelent equipment of the room. Staff professional, good service, breakfast rich (only Frankfurter sausages missing on the breakfast :)). One only thing - beds are on one side equipped with wheels instead of bed legs, which is probably good for chamber maid to clean the floor under them, but the wheels do not have the wheel locks, so they move easily when you are sitting or sleeping on the bed. Replacement wheels with the locking system will solve the problem. Highly recommend the hotel.
It gave us something to do while waiting for our flight. Otherwise theere is nothing close to the hotel. We walked down the river in a nice park. Spent Sundau afternoon with the community get together in the park. Ate icecream. All very pleasant.
Excellent accommodation and great service, friendly staff. Room and onsuite (bathroom) beautiful design and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Would always come back and stay there again. Also liked the Wintergarten and property location adjacent to the river Main. Service personnel very kind and helpful. Very great stay. Very helpful staff. Location very great right next to the bust stop and a few minutes ride to airport by bus (only 3 euros). The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Maybe if checking late like I did, alert the staff earlier so they can support you well. They still supported me when I arrived, but a heads-up to them would have made things much easier. Overall very great stay.
This hotel is an excellent choice when flying out of Frankfurt Airport. Room was small but still adequate size as was the bathroom with walk-in shower. Parking (incl. charging stations) is free behind the building but may fill up towards the evening. Payment is at check-in. so no check-out required in the morning, very convenient. Near gas stations (to fill up the rental car) and several restaurants. Very easy and quick drive (10-15 Minutes) to Frankfurt Airport. Breakfast is extra and can be booked at check-in (did not use).
Booked 2 hotel rooms here last minute after arriving at Frankfurt Airport. I was a little wary, but my daughter and her 2 friends convinced me. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was awesome. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores nearby. We took train from airport and train stop was just a few min walk to hotel. It was only a few minute walk to christmas market in old Town Frankfurt. Room was clean, included mini fridge, and it was a great value.
We were flying from Frankfurt Airport so we opted to spent the night before at the hotel. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast buffet was worth the money!! (and much better than what we could have gotten for the same price at the airport). Dinner in the Bistro was good.
This hotel has become my property of choice when visiting FRA. Convenience, value, accommodations, staff and proximity to the central train station are all on point. For the first time I enjoyed cocktails in the bar and can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner!
This was my 2nd time staying at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel before boarding a plane to the US and both times everything was wonderful. Both times we were traveling with an infant and staff made certain we had everything we needed.
This hotel is conveniently located near the Frankfurt Airport. It is comfortable and super clean. The bathroom got our "Best Bathroom on the Trip" award! :-) Breakfast was very good.
