Mario the rental manager was very kind, helpful and understanding, as well as Kalina the lady responsible to maintain the venue. Overall, we highly recommend the Visionary Hospitality accommodation. We intend to return and rent the apartment in the future as our daughter continues her studies at the Lucerne University.

Opened in early 2013 after a complete renovation, Hotel Lux in Emmenbrücke is just 6 km from Lucerne. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was of bigger size than expected. The reception staff was exceptionally supportive and cooperative. They always welcomed me and provided all kind of support. After check out I requested to keep my luggage at reception and they did it happily. I would like to thank all the hotel staff.
