Ok…this is one of those places you see everyone walking by talking about how cool it would be to stay there…all while we were sitting on the deck over the water feeling pretty special because we were the ones staying there!

Excellent location, comfortable beds, spotless kitchen and bathrooms! The living room area is very comfortable, which was appreciated after a long day of travelling. There is a lovely garden and chairs to sit on outside - it’s a shame we could not stay for longer. Check in was extremely easy and the hosts kindly let us know when the place was ready for an early check in. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.
