Featuring an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, this Victoria oceanfront hotel is located around the Inner Harbour, only 15 minutes' walk from the city centre. Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

The breakfast was great, with fresh fruit every morning and delicious muffin. The position is strategic to sightseeing but it is also away from the crowd of tourists. The staff is very kind and the place is also very clean. If we plan another trip to Victoria, we will definitely come back! Thank you!

Free Wi-Fi is provided in all uniquely decorated guest rooms. the host was amazing. he is so welcoming and warmhearted hard working man. he made wonderful breakfast and even offer all kinds of beverages. i was sooo full until 4pm lol! always be there and ready to help when i needed. the place was wonderful and beautifully decorated. the room was spacious! every thing was clean and tidy. linens and towels were fresh. location is great too. never took a bus during 3days. 👍🏾👍🏾

The place is impressive. It's in a historical house with exceptional charm and character. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and with lots of style. It's a high tea style, and the dining room is fantastic. We will stay here again, and we recommend this place to every family. It's one of the best places we stayed in Victoria.
