The cleanliness, amenities, location, and nice little details like the fireplace, the murphy bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the hot tub. I loved that they allow you to use the underground parking on the day of check out (you have all day). The room was more than great for 3 people. The view was amazing too!

Staff very helpful, professional and kind. Rooms and whole hotel were very clean. The service was impeccable. Food was great especially the kids' meal. Lots of activities for the family. Lots of complimentary service. Love their bath products too. Complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver! Maybe the faucet can use some fixing. Just minor leak of the faucet sink in the bathroom otherwise, everything was great. Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very family friendly. Hotel allows pets in certain floors too.

Located in Victoria, this 1901 Victorian-style mansion features a guest terrace and shared lounge. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all uniquely decorated guest rooms. The owner was so kind and helpful. The gentleman helped our trip perfectly. Almost of all rooms ware large enough. A cat was very cute. Best location to go to anywhere at southern parts of Victoria.
