We love the breakfast and staff. Breakfast has a lot of food and the fruits are very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our flights were in the afternoon so we left our bags in the hotel and added another trip to Ottawa city, on our way back to Days Inn, it was raining and it had a traffic, but the shuttle driver was there waiting for us on time. We very appreciated the front desk service and the driver. They are the best!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and courteous. Also, really liked that there was no cleaning of the room unless requested, as no one entered the room during our stay. We requested towels and they were promptly brought up to us. The attached Chop steakhouse was a bonus, the food, drinks and staff were amazing. Great stay.

From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful amenities, it was evident that the host went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend Tranquil Nest By The Airport to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable travel experience in Ottawa. A 10-minute drive from Macdonald Cartier Airport, this Ottawa motel is 9.6 km from downtown. The motel offers a fitness centre, free Wi-Fi and a daily continental breakfast. Everything was faultless. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful

This a 3 floor brand new constructions with dark brown floors and white walls. Everything is spanking new (bed frame in room 1 still had tag on it). Shower, wide mirror, lots of counter space, and spa bath in adjoining bathroom (room 1). Massive walk-in closet with some hangers & lots of drawer space etc. Owner responded fast.
