The staff are very friendly and helpful, our flights were in the afternoon so we left our bags in the hotel and added another trip to Ottawa city, on our way back to Days Inn, it was raining and it had a traffic, but the shuttle driver was there waiting for us on time. We very appreciated the front desk service and the driver. They are the best!
