The house was a much loved period home with many original features. My room was in a timber lined additional "cabin" that looked out both ways onto garden. The bed was very confortable and the owners dog was a delight to be around.

This enabled us to commune with other guests which was delightful.

Located 5 km from Orbost and 41 km from Lakes Entrance, Snowy River Lodge Motel features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking. The rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV and microwave. Perfect for an overnight stay. Spacious room, very clean and we enjoyed a very peaceful night's rest.

Grocery stores were like 12 minutes drive and I believe it was fair. The views from house were incredibly beautiful and the beach was like 5 minutes walk.
