12 km from Lakes Area National Park, Mountain Magic Hoekwil is a recently renovated property situated in Wilderness and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The endless views, absolutely breathtaking! My family and I had a great Christmas there, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and just general feel of the home. Megan was incredible at giving recommendations and answering our general questions.

Located within 30 km of Boschenmeer Golf Course and 33 km of Stellenbosch University in Franschhoek, Jardin de la Ferme offers accommodation with seating area. Amazing location- just far enough out of town to feel secluded but not so far it was out of reach. Amazing views. We met the farm manager, very nice guy and very impressed how he maintains the grounds. Sadly too cold to swim in the farm dam, but we will have to return for that! We enjoyed the fireplace. Had sufficient amenities in the suite.

Big lavish room, nicest bathtub I’ve ever used, great view of beach (I had the seaside room), not too far from restaurants and grocery store, long stretch of beach you see hardly more than a handful of folk along. Honestly, was a perfect pitstop between my drive of Capetown and East London.
