This property was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished with attention to the small details. We were extremely impressed from arrival to departure. Ina and James left us some goodies on arrival with welcome chocolates and body lotions left on the bed for us aswell as wine in the fridge and snacks. The local wildlife (antelope, warthogs and zebra) came to visit and were extremely friendly. Kruger park is right next to this property and you can meet giraffes on the short walk down to the fence. Our hosts were impeccable and showed us how amazing African hospitality is and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you to both Ina and James for an African dream come true.

This is a lovely home on a quiet residential street. The house is large, on a nicely manicured lot, tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are beautifully renovated. We were only two, but it would be comfortable for 6-8 people.

We did a self check-in as we arrived at night, the instructions received were very clear. The cottage was super clean, all the items we needed were provided, from kitchen equipment to utensils, a clear definition of a self catering cottage. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well sized not to mention the bed, it was soooo comfortable I could've spent the whole weekend in bed if I didn't have activities booked. Situated in a peaceful area with ease of access to shopping centers, doctors, etc. Bergdale Cottages deserves more than 10 stars in my opinion, everything was on point.
