The villa is well equipped, bedrooms are huge, outside area have excellent river vista. Canoes are available and you can fish off the jetty. Also the hosts are super and helped us a lot when we arrived late

It looked like a simple accomodation, but it was all but simple. A big dam provided ample swimming opportunities, an excellent outside and inside braai, ver comfortable bedrooms, a nice kitchen with all utilities, 24hr power, a dining room with a 1000 dollar view. And the host was lovely, she clearly is experienced and made sure we lacked nothing. Her attention for detail was astonishing, little things amazed us all the time.

Boasting accommodation with a private pool, mountain view and a balcony, Intaba Lodge is set in Kirkwood. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Serendipity, tranquility and extremely remote. I love nature and the outdoors, we had an amazing 4x4 experience finding our way up too the lodge, we had the most beautiful views of the mountains, and the hosts were exceptionally kind, which is new too us because hosts normally don't check in with guests during their stay. Very friendly staff.

I stayed in the very comfortable Penthouse suite upstairs, and it had everything I needed for my stay. The breakfasts in the morning were top notch, always served with a smile and a friendly chat. It is close to the Addo Gate and the Taste of Africa Restaurant is on the doorstep, with good food and a good vibe. I will definitely make use of this accommodation again when I visit Colchester again.
