The hosts were amazing - a lady in a light purple ao dai dress (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) greeted us with a bright smile every morning and Dong chatted with us in the afternoon/evening about our day. Both hosts helped us seamlessly book tickets and tours to Hoi An Memories, Ba Na Hills, Monkey Mountain, and Marble Mountain. The location is great - a quick walk to Ancient Town. The stay is clean and the room fitted with aircon if you're not used to the humidity like us. Breakfast in the morning helped as we would quickly grab some food and head out.

I like the hospitality provided by Quynh Trang and Diem. They are kind and polite. My mother had a heat stroke and Diem were kind to bring me around to buy food and prepare the ginger tea which is a comfort for us. Overall the villa is spectacular with private pool feels like a home when we are in HOI AN.
The location of this villa is excellent. A short walk into the old town but able to retreat to this location with a lovely pool when in need of a break. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the stunning bonsai plants in the garden.
Clean spacious rooms. We moved into the private pool villa towards the end of our stay & would recommend the villa, it was beautiful looking out to the ocean from Your private pool. The main pool was warm but had a very pleasant atmosphere around it. Some of the staff were so friendly & accommodating.
Such a perfect place! Great villas with big private pool. The host, Bao, makes sure that you have everything you need, and the staff is very welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, free laundry and free airport Pick-up (one way). Pool and villas are well maintained. Lovely area with really nice local restaurants in walking distance. 10 minutes drive outside Old Town, the host helps with transport within minutes. Just a really, really nice place to stay.
The hotel is reasonably close to the Old Town. There are bikes to use but we got a Grab into town mostly. It was too hot for us to walk, plus my sister has an ankle injury. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts were magnificent. Lanh, the host, is a lovely person and very helpful, suggesting things to do and arranging tickets and transport for us. There is also a laundry service. We had a great 5 days in Hoi An and can highly recommend Ngan Phu Villas.
Having two pools. That is was quiet when you returned from the busyness of town. The shuttle bring available. The villas being close to the pool.
The grounds are exceptional. The centre of attraction is the hotel pool. It is large and there's plenty of room to cater for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Hoi An twice per day. The proximity to a very nice beach. The staff are outstanding. Breakfast caters for all desires. I will enquire about the beachfront villas next time.. they looked beautiful!
The staff seemed to have telepathy as they knew us and when we were leaving, as well as being very helpful, respectful and polite. Great service - nothing was too much trouble. We were lucky to be upgraded to one of the two private villas, which was a bonus looking towards the markets and river traffic. There is a user friendly in room safe. The location is excellent to access the old town.
A beautiful stay at Tra Que mansion for 2 nights! beautiful large rooms with a very cosy home feeling and just the right amount of luxury for us! Located in Tra Que vegetable village which was so peaceful and bliss away from the chaos of main town! Free bicycle hire which was great fun to ride 10 mins or so through the village and out to town, would stay again just lovely!
The Gateway Inn Villa is a stunning getaway that offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. The private pool and beautiful garden are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The fully-equipped kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. Ha & Quan are go beyond my expectation with their hospitality. I love the breakfast including also. Overall, the Gateway Inn Villa is an excellent choice for a luxurious and rejuvenating staycation. Thanks Ha & Quan
