Happy to leave you be or spend time and talk if you want to know anything. Very new and unique place. Photos are geniune. Kept clean and treated like their own home. 3 minutes from the bus station walking. Everything in sapa is within 20minites walk and its at the quieter less touristy end of town. They also rent a bike.
