It was like a luxury hotel, 5 stars plus but on a 3 star budget. Everything thing about it was high end. Loved it!!
Great location in historic German Village. Very walkable and next to coffee, deli, bakery, bookstore, and more. Owner brought over brand new pillows, sheets, blankets and extra mattress for us. Kitchen was well stocked, even had a blender. Safe area. Enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful hotel. Lovely, nice neighborhood. Close to the freeway and close to downtown and German Village. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.
The first day breakfast was great. The second day the biscuits and gravy was bad. Gravy was like wallpaper paste. I will not stay here again until it becomes Holiday Inn Express, which is my favorite chain. Location was good. 10 miles East of my home village.
Playground & children village for kids & koi pond were great.
The pool was warm and clean. The breakfast was good. The location to the German Village was great. We were able to walk around the village without having to drive.
The property is so centrally located to all of the best attractions in Amish Country; Berlin almost feels like the Capitol of Amish Country and being so central to everything is a huge bonus especially with small kids. Not to mention the grounds are amazing for a family, rather you want to set and relax and feed the fish, watch a movie, the beautiful new walking trails with scenic places to set, the small village and playgrounds for the kids, gold, unwind and watch an evening movie or take a swim, plus the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
There’s so much to love about staying here. The grounds are fantastic. You could stay at the hotel all day and not get bored. From the fish pond, walking trails, play ground and little village, golf, swimming, movie theaters, and the spacious comfy rooms. Plus the hotel is central to all the best attractions without being to close to the hustles and bustle.
