Comparable price to the nicer hotels in town. Considering the privacy, the value was excellent.

It is on Jefferson which is close to the main downtown area and close to I-15, but was surprisingly quiet. Great communication from hosts, and it more than met our needs for a little family gathering in town. It is a great and value I would use this place again if the need ever arose.
