Host was very responsive and hospitable. (We were technically challenged on our attempt to unlock the door, nothing to do with the property just the operator!)

It was perfectly located for all our check list items. (Fun excursions, day drinking and wedding venue) Neighbors were nice and street was quiet. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

The place was very clean, stalked like it was home! The neighborhood was quite for the most part. I had Walmart deliver and I was 1 hour late. I was nervous that my stuff could have been stolen but everything was there outside in a neighborhood with apartments. The host was quick to respond to text & fixed anything that I needed. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here & we will be back!

I love this property and would be booking again. Great location, very spacious, clean & comfortable beds, great amenities, loved the projector we watched movies on it everyday. Coffee,cream,sugar provided which was needed. Property is also in walking distance of St.Claude Street and many nightlife bars & grills.

Brand-new home close to LSU campus is situated in Baton Rouge, 4.7 km from Maravich Assembly CTR, 4.8 km from LSU Football (Grass), as well as 5.8 km from Magnolia Mound Plantation. Clean, great size and location. Loved all of this. Would definitely rent again.
