It is close to Simmons Park and the Bahia Beach Preserve. The owner, Tammie Saxon, provided invaluable help getting me to my cottage and getting my disabled vehicle to servicing. Canoes and fishing gear are available. There's a large swimming pool area but the weather was too cool for pool activities during my stay. The manager, Lynn, made check in effortless and she had no problem extending my stay.

I just got back from my Christmas trip. Would love to thank the hostess again. She is funny, cheerful and takes good care of our family. The breakfast special she makes herself every Sunday morning is delicious, especially the potatoes. We will come back if we have the chance.

The distance to the beach access was PERFECT. We entered through the Beachwood Villas access and 200yd to the left was public.
Our 2nd time staying at sandpiper villas it is clean and well maintained if your looking for a quiet place with fewer people I highly recommend what you see in the pictures is what it is can't wait to go back
Our apartment was very clean & had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and professional. The location was great; close to restaurants, stores & beaches. Would definitely recommend Venice Beach Villas to family & friends visiting the area. Having bikes, coolers, shark tooth finders & laundry facilities available was a definite plus.
We loved our stay at Addy's Villas. Four of us stayed in a two bedroom villa. The villa was beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and the location quiet. There was a full, well equipped kitchen with everything needed for four people to dine. Nice living room with good TV and wifi. It was easy to find and well located ( a short drive) to nearby restaurants, services and downtown Venice. Would definitely stay there again!
These villas are amazing! I am a local and it was the perfect getaway for us. There's a bonfire pit for chilly nights or just for ambience and it's just an overall beautiful view.

Beautifully designed hotel - large rooms and luxury finish. Nice to be in a resort style location with a small restaurant/bar/shopping village just adjacent to the property.
This resort is misleading on online. They state these condos are beachfront. You are across highway and have to drive to the beach. Part of the resort is beachfront, but not the villas. You cannot even see the beach. You are told they are across the street after you have booked and given a link to guest portal. They are false advertising and will not acknowledge it. Do not book this resort unless you do not want to be beachfront.
Location was awesome! Staff was always very helpful and nice to talk to. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities. They also have little villas that were very comfortable. The property is kind of like a maze, but it's pretty cool.
I recommend the Pineapple Villas to have a great vacation , It is a very clean place, It is in a good location, The beach is in front at just a few steps away.
